Our journal allows free online access to all published papers immediately upon publication. The purpose of the fee is to cover various expenses such as online tools for editors and authors, manuscript publication, communication with abstracting and indexing services, the Plagiarism Checker Tool, and digital preservation, among others. To obtain the publication cost, the author, institution, or agency must pay a nominal fee to assist in covering the actual expenses associated with the crucial last stage of publication. Either you, your sponsor, institution, or employment must pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) upon editorial acceptance of your article and prior to publication.
